Put your order number and trademark name in the reference field. Payments are matched to your order automatically; transfers sent with an empty reference need a manual check and may therefore take longer to process. Your order number appears at the top of your order confirmation e-mail.

Transfers within the same bank usually arrive within minutes, while inter-bank transfers land the same business day depending on the banks' cut-off times. Once the payment is seen, your order automatically moves to the "payment received" state and your invoice is issued.

Yes, a third person or company can make the payment on your behalf. In that case be sure to write the order number in the reference and let us know via a support request afterwards; otherwise the transfer may be held because the sender name does not match the order. The invoice is still issued to the entity named on the order.

The accounts on this page belong to the official company entity named at the top of the page, and the account holder is written next to every IBAN. If the beneficiary name shown by your bank does not match it exactly, do not complete the payment — and never pay to a different IBAN sent to you by e-mail or message.

Yes. Besides bank transfer, you can pay securely by credit or debit card during checkout. Card details are never stored on our systems; payment is completed through your bank's 3D Secure screen. Instalment options, where available, are shown at the payment step based on your card issuer.
