The Money-Back Guaranteed Application is a separate package from the Single-Class and Six-Class application packages; its scope, including registration-stage fees, and its price are shown in the comparison table on the pricing page. The Single-Class and Six-Class packages carry no money-back guarantee; if the trademark is registered, a registration-stage fee is charged separately, and if it is not registered, that fee is not charged.

  • No, you cannot request a refund before the refusal decision becomes final. The refund process can begin only once TÜRKPATENT's refusal decision has become final, that is, once the right to appeal has been exhausted or the appeal has been concluded. Office decisions can be appealed within 2 months of notification. Interim decisions that are not yet final are not covered; the refund is made within 30 business days of the refusal decision becoming final.

  • No, there is no refund for a partial refusal. The money-back guarantee applies only if the application is refused in full across all classes. Acceptance in some classes and refusal in others counts as a partial refusal; in that case your registration continues in the accepted classes and no refund is made.   • For an application filed in your company's name, the refund is transferred to the account that made the payment, which is usually the applicant company's bank account. Before the refund, verification is carried out against your payment record.
