The reviews on this page are submitted by customers who have actually used our services, and each one is checked against an order record before publication. Submissions with no matching purchase are not published. At the reviewer's own request, a name may be displayed in shortened form.

Yes. Low-rated reviews are published as written, as long as they contain no abuse or personal data. When a customer reports a problem we try to solve it first, but we never make removing the review a condition. The average score is calculated across every published review.

The average is the plain arithmetic mean of the 1-5 scores of every published review; no weighting or selective filtering is applied. The star distribution shown on the page comes from the same data set, so you can see exactly which scores make up the average.

If you have used our services, you can submit your score and comment through the review form on the About page. Once matched to an order record, it is normally published within one business day. If you later want to update your review, simply open a support request.

A published review shows your name (shortened if you prefer), your city where provided, your score and your comment. Your e-mail address, phone number, order number and trademark details are never published. We recommend not including personal data in the comment itself.

Yes. You can always ask for a review you submitted to be taken down; once the request is verified the review is unpublished and removed from the average score. Sending the request from your registered e-mail address speeds up verification.
