Reseller Application

The programme is designed for accountants, law firms, digital agencies, web design and branding consultancies, e-commerce advisers and entrepreneurs with an existing client base. Trademark law expertise is not required: we prepare the application end to end while you manage the client relationship.

No. Registration, panel access, training material and sales collateral are all free. There is no monthly fee and no minimum sales commitment. Your earnings come entirely from commission calculated on completed orders.

Commission is defined explicitly in your reseller agreement, based on service type and volume, and the rate rises in tiers as your order count grows. Commission is calculated on the service fee only; official TÜRKPATENT fees are excluded from the basis because they are passed straight through to the office.

Commission is earned once the related order is paid and the application has been filed with TÜRKPATENT; it then appears as payable balance in your reseller panel. Earnings are transferred to your bank account in monthly cycles against an invoice. The panel shows the commission status of every single order.

Your clients can check their application status with their own tracking code and receive progress notifications by e-mail. Your reseller panel shows the status of every file in your portfolio on a single screen, so you can answer "where are we?" without having to ask us first.

After you send the form our team normally calls you within one business day to discuss how you work. For approved applications the reseller agreement is signed electronically, and your panel access and training material are opened straight afterwards. You can enter your first order the same day.

Yes. The agreement runs for an indefinite term and either party may end it with written notice. Even after termination, commission you have already earned is paid out and your ongoing files are completed to the same service standard.
